Purple Orchid was birthed from a divine vision — to nurture women who will rise to positions of influence, respect, and leadership.

The Institute was founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that leadership influence is not built by visibility alone, but by the formation of women whose character, competence, and credibility naturally command trust in rooms they may not yet be in.
Through structured leadership programs, thought leadership, and convenings such as The Referral-Worthy Woman Conference, the Purple Orchid Institute exists to cultivate women who lead with integrity, deliver measurable value, and build reputations that outlive their roles.

Ijeoma Nwakuche is an energy executive, leadership strategist, and institution builder with over two decades of experience across the oil and gas industry, consulting, and enterprise leadership.
She is the Founder and Vision Steward of The Purple Orchid Institute, a leadership formation platform dedicated to raising women whose character earns trust, whose competence creates value, and whose credibility commands enduring influence.
